Liliana Orozco came to the United States in the early 2000's, where she built her experience across every side of hospitality, from kitchen operations and service to management. After moving to Virginia in 2013, she began sharing the flavors of Colombia through a small food-delivery business and private-event catering.

Her passion soon grew into something larger. By introducing Colombian cuisine and bakery traditions into a local restaurant, Liliana helped create a gathering place centered around authentic flavor and hospitality.

Together, Liliana and German Noriega combined her culinary vision with his background in engineering and construction to create Aroma Holdings, a growing family of concepts built to share Colombian food, culture, and community in different ways.
