In 2020, Liliana Orozco and German Noriega introduced Aroma Latin Fusion, an elevated dining experience created to bring Latin American cuisine to new heights.

Opening during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the restaurant quickly earned a following for its innovative menu, elegant atmosphere, and warm hospitality.

Today, Aroma Latin Fusion continues to unite familiar flavors with modern technique, creating an experience that feels both rooted and unexpected.
